Quest Coaching
From students to entrepreneurs, I help neurodivergent minds build the scaffolding they need to thrive. We bridge the gap between how your brain works and what you need to get it done. Together we will create low-friction, sustainable systems that regulate your nervous system and finally let you work with your brain, not against it

About Me
Hi, I’m Lisa (she/her).
As a Certified Life Coach with lived experience in neurodivergence and recovery, I built Quest Coaching to be the missing puzzle piece: a true hybrid of nervous system regulation and practical structural support. Let’s figure out how your unique brain was actually built to run, so you can finally stop surviving and start thriving.
You don't need to "try harder." You need someone to get in the whirlwind with you and untangle the chaos.
My approach is:
* Zero Shame: We look at where your tasks are getting stuck, completely free of judgment.
* Achievable Systems: We throw out the neurotypical "shoulds" and build low-friction workflows that honor your natural wiring.
* Collaborative Action: I don't just give you advice and send you on your way. I actually partner with you to map the processes, organize the messy details, and build the scaffolding you need to keep moving forward.
What You Get & What It Costs
Get the Operational Scaffolding you actually need, a blend of nervous system regulation and practical, side-by-side support designed for the way your brain actually works.
Choose the path below that best fits where you are.
Not sure where to start? You don’t have to have it all figured out before we talk. If you're in the whirlwind and just know you need support, let's connect.
All services are virtual and personalized.

Students & Young Adults
Academic Scaffolding & Support
For students navigating ADHD, PDA, or school avoidance. Standard tutoring focuses on the subject matter, but we focus on how to approach the work without shutting down.
What we do: I work alongside you to provide the scaffolding needed to manage your workload, break down terrifying projects into tiny steps, and bypass executive dysfunction.
The outcome: You build custom routines that actually work for your brain—without the shame cycle or parental micromanagement.

The Student "Done-For-You" Option
The Semester Mapping Package (Flat-Rate)
Perfect for high school and college students who are instantly paralyzed by the start-of-semester overwhelm.
What it is: Hand me your terrifying stack of syllabi, and I will extract the data for you. I will build you a clear, color-coded calendar or visual planner with all your reading assignments, projects, and due dates broken down into achievable steps.
The outcome: You don't have to look at the overwhelming syllabi ever again. You get a clear roadmap of exactly what is due and when.

Entrepreneurs & Creatives
The Operational Co-Pilot
You have brilliant ideas, but the daily administrative tasks of running a business are causing burnout and decision fatigue. This is for out-of-the-box thinkers who need someone to sit in the whirlwind with them.
What we do: I act as your body double and operational sounding board. We tackle the overwhelming tasks together - whether that's organizing your digital files, figuring out a simple way to track your clients, or just sitting with you while you finally clear your inbox.
The outcome: We replace decision fatigue with clarity. You get low-demand, basic routines that keep your business moving forward, so you can stay in your zone of genius without the shame.

The "Blank Slate" Business Reset
For the entrepreneur who is too overwhelmed to even look at the mess.
If your digital workspace is so chaotic that you can't even think straight, you might not be ready for ongoing coaching yet. You might just need a clean slate.
What it is: A flat-rate, done-for-you digital organization intensive. You hand over the keys to your chaotic inbox, messy Google Drive, and scattered notes.
The outcome: I go in and do the heavy lifting. I sort, categorize, and build a clean, basic structure for your files and communications. A few days later, I hand you back a peaceful, organized digital workspace so you can finally breathe and start fresh.

Cognitive Rehabilitation : Ongoing Scaffolding
Post-Rehab Operational Support
For adults rebuilding daily executive function after a stroke or acquired brain injury (TBI).
When formal medical rehab ends, the reality of managing daily life begins. You have probably already been handed a dozen pamphlets, apps, or suggestions from well-meaning doctors that just don't work in the real world.
My approach is different. We don't force generic systems; we observe, test, and build low-demand environments that actually respect your cognitive battery.

The Environment Audit & Alignment
A two-part assessment to find the systems that actually work for your specific brain.
Part 1: The Audit (60 Minutes). We look at your physical space, your current routines, and figure out exactly where you are getting stuck. We discuss what you've already tried that didn't work, and I build a simple, visual plan with new compensatory strategies to test.
The Testing Phase. You take our new plan into your real life for a week to see how it actually feels.
Part 2: The Alignment (45 Minutes). We meet again to review what worked, what failed completely, and tweak the system until it fits you perfectly.
How It Works
How It Actually Works (The Logistics)
If you have a neurodivergent brain or are managing cognitive fatigue, the "unknown" can be exhausting. Here is exactly what to expect:
1. The Zero-Pressure ConnectionNo high-pressure sales calls. We'll set up a brief, casual chat just to see if we're a good fit. You don’t need to prepare anything or have your goals perfectly articulated. Just bring your messy brain.
2. Our Sessions (Your Rules)
Camera-Optional: We meet securely via VSee Clinic. If pacing or lying on the floor helps you process, do that.
Come As You Are: Don't clean your desk or pretend to have it together. I need to see the reality of where you're stuck.
Body Doubling: We won't just talk about doing the work; we will actually do it together on the call.
3. Between-Session SupportYour brain doesn't just need help during our scheduled 45 minutes. My ongoing packages include asynchronous support via text or audio message. If you freeze in decision fatigue on a random Tuesday, send me a voice note and I’ll help you find the next step.
4. Visuals & Follow-ThroughYou are never expected to just "remember" what we did. I take the notes, capture the action items, and update our shared digital workspace so you always have a visual map of what comes next.
Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some frequently asked questions to help you decide if booking with me is the right choice for you.
What is Executive Function Coaching?
Executive function coaching is about learning how your brain works and building supportive systems that make daily life feel more manageable, steady, and aligned.
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on skill-building, strategy, accountability, and forward movement. I use trauma-informed principles but do not provide mental health treatment.
Do I need an official ADHD or Autism diagnosis to work with you?
Not at all. Whether you have a formal diagnosis, are self-diagnosed, or simply know that traditional neurotypical productivity advice has never worked for you, you are welcome here. If your brain needs a different operating system, we can work together.
How long do coaching sessions usually last?
Many clients begin with a 3-month foundation period to build stability and momentum. Some continue longer depending on goals.
Are sessions virtual?
Yes. All sessions are held virtually, allowing flexibility and convenience while maintaining privacy and consistency.
Is this helpful if I’m trying to change habits like drinking or overworking?
Yes. Coaching helps build nervous system regulation, structure, and healthier coping tools that support sustainable behavior change.
Is this good for menopause or midlife transitions?
Absolutely. Many clients come to coaching during hormonal and identity shifts. Coaching supports emotional regulation, energy management, and rebuilding routines that match your current season of life.
How do I start?
Begin with a free consultation to talk through what’s changing in your life and what kind of support would be most helpful.
I am so embarrassed by how messy my digital files (or physical space) are. Do I have to clean it up before we start?
Please don't! The whole point of my work is to get into the "whirlwind" with you. If you clean it up before we meet, I can't see where the friction is actually happening. Bring the 400 unread emails, the doom boxes, and the chaotic sticky notes. I promise there is zero judgment. I have seen it all, and it is just data we use to build a better system.
How is an Operational Co-Pilot different from a Virtual Assistant (VA) or a Therapist?
A traditional VA expects you to hand them a perfectly organized to-do list so they can execute it. A therapist is a licensed clinician who diagnoses and treats mental health conditions, processes trauma, and helps you navigate deep psychological work.
As your Operational Co-Pilot and Coach, I operate in the space between the two. In fact, I love collaborating directly with my clients' therapists or care teams! While your therapist helps you understand the why behind your executive dysfunction, anxiety, or burnout, I get into the whirlwind with you to tackle the how.
I help you take the insights and boundaries you discuss in therapy and translate them into practical, daily reality whether that means organizing your chaotic inbox, structuring your semester, or building a low-demand daily routine that honors your nervous system.
I'm not very "tech-savvy." Are you going to make me learn complicated software?
No! A system is only good if you actually use it. If complex apps like Notion or QuickBooks cause you to freeze, we won't use them. If your perfect system is a basic Google Doc, a color-coded calendar, or a physical notebook, that is exactly what we will build. We prioritize low-friction, easy-to-use tools.
What happens if I have a "bad brain day" or my chronic fatigue flares up on the day of our session?
I have a background in healthcare and completely understand that cognitive batteries fluctuate. If you are having a low-energy day, we have options: we can keep cameras off, we can just do silent body-doubling where we tackle one tiny task, or we can shift our session to asynchronous text/audio support for the week. We will always adapt to the energy you have available.
Do you take insurance?
Because I am operating as a Life Coach not a medical provider, my services are not billable to health insurance.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
Yes. I hold a limited number of sliding-scale spots in my practice. If financial constraint is a barrier to getting the support you need, please don't hesitate to mention it when we connect so we can discuss options.
Let’s Untangle This Together
I know that reaching out is often the hardest step, especially when you are already feeling overwhelmed or burnt out. Please know that this is a zero judgment zone.
You don’t need to have your goals perfectly articulated, you don't need to know exactly which package you need, and you definitely don’t need to write a polished, "professional" message.
Use the form below to tell me a little bit about what’s feeling heavy or chaotic and the best way to reach you. Once you hit submit, I’ll get back to you within 48 hours to schedule a casual, camera-optional chat. No high-pressure sales pitch, no expectations, just a conversation to see how I can support you.
