Individual Coaching

Coaching Investment

Life transitions often activate stress, uncertainty, and nervous system overload. When the brain is stuck in survival mode, it becomes harder to plan, regulate emotions, make decisions, and follow through.

Executive function coaching helps you:

  • Stabilize your nervous system

  • Rebuild daily structure during change

  • Learn how your brain responds to stress and transition

  • Create routines that support regulation and energy

  • Build skills that carry you through uncertainty

This work isn’t about forcing productivity.
It’s about creating safety, clarity, and steady forward movement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some frequently asked questions to help you decide if booking with me is the right choice for you.

What is Executive Function Coaching?

Executive function coaching is about learning how your brain works and building supportive systems that make daily life feel more manageable, steady, and aligned.

Who is coaching for?

Quest Coaching works with adults who feel overwhelmed, burned out, stuck, scattered, or ready for change. Many clients are navigating transitions, learning about ADHD later in life, or wanting better routines and emotional regulation.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching focuses on skill-building, strategy, accountability, and forward movement. I use trauma-informed principles but do not provide mental health treatment.

Do I need to have ADHD to benefit from coaching?

No. Coaching supports anyone navigating executive function challenges, stress, burnout, or life transitions.

How long do coaching sessions usually last?

Many clients begin with a 3-month foundation period to build stability and momentum. Some continue longer depending on goals.

How often are sessions?

Most clients meet weekly for 60 minutes. Weekly sessions provide the consistency needed to build new skills, practice strategies, and maintain momentum.

Are sessions virtual?

Yes. All sessions are held virtually, allowing flexibility and convenience while maintaining privacy and consistency.

Is this helpful if I’m trying to change habits like drinking or overworking?

Yes. Coaching helps build nervous system regulation, structure, and healthier coping tools that support sustainable behavior change.

Is this good for menopause or midlife transitions?

Absolutely. Many clients come to coaching during hormonal and identity shifts. Coaching supports emotional regulation, energy management, and rebuilding routines that match your current season of life.
